Clementine is a gorgeous young Pit Bull mix (about 1–2 years old) with a heart as big as her smile. She was rescued from a high-kill shelter alongside her ten puppies, just hours before they were scheduled to be euthanized. Another rescue stepped in to save her little family, and when we met Clementine, we instantly knew she was something special. That’s when Puppy Love Maternity Rescue became her safe place.
Clementine is full of joy and affection. She absolutely adores people and greets the world with a wiggly, happy excitement that’s impossible not to love.
She’s wonderful on a loose leash and enjoys long walks and hikes, though she may add a little bounce of excitement along the way. After a good adventure, Clementine is happiest relaxing close to her person. She loves couch cuddles and will happily try to curl up in your lap, even if she doesn’t quite realize her size.
Clementine knows basic commands and is eager to please, especially when treats are involved. She is crate-trained, though if given the choice she would much rather snuggle up in bed and claim your pillow as her own.
Clementine’s ideal home would include:
🐾 An active household that enjoys walks, hikes, and playtime
🐾 No small children while she continues learning her size and enthusiasm
🐾 Ideally being the only dog, as she can be selective about her canine friends
Clementine is ready to give her forever family an endless supply of love, laughter, and cuddles. After everything she’s been through, she deserves a home where she will be cherished.
